The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal items (like jewelry)
- Items on sale
Color DisclaimerWe strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of products shown on this website. Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting me will not qualify for the above.
Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact us within 72hrs of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage. If you will be unavailable when your order arrives please inform us prior to delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) are issued once the item is received by Azin Mafi Ceramics. Any claims for damaged goods outside of this time frame will be declined.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you would like to return your order for store credit, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Any requests for exchange outside of this time frame will be declined and marked a final sale.
Orders must be shipped back to Azin Mafi Ceramics within 5-10 business days of arrival date with proof of tracking.
Customers are responsible for any and all shipping and handling fee’s when returning their order.
Store credit (if applicable) only applies to the subtotal of the purchase, and does not apply to any applicable shipping fees/taxes.
A credit will only be issued once items have been received in our studio.
